Valentine's cache package: cache butter with dragon fruit + roasted nuts Mixit + 20 g of red Kampot pepper as a gift

The whole of Cambodia in one small jar, this is our cashew butter with dragon fruit and Kampot pepper.

The nutty base of this butter is made from delicate cashew nuts, complemented bythe creamy flavor of macadamia nuts. The delicacy is also enhanced by delicious white chocolate, for which only cocoa beansof organic qualityare used, accompanied by its unmistakable aroma also byBourbon vanilla.

We complemented the velvety base of this butter withdragon fruit, which in taste is close to the familiar juicy green kiwi or melon. It is one of themost characteristic commoditiesyou can find on the Cambodian market and captures one of the flavors of this country. The final touch was Kampot pepper with its sharp yet unusually fruity taste.

We joined forces with Mixit and together baked a unique treat.

The taste of premium cashew nuts roasted in the oven is complemented by the sweet caress of rich chestnut honey and to give it a real kick, we added two of our winning Kampot peppers.

The spicy green freeze-dried Kampot pepper, which received the highest culinary award in the worldGOLDEN FORK, adds a proper kick to the mix, while the Cambodian treasure in the form of sweet, dark red Kampot pepper adds exotic fruity notes.
