Materials
We have placed the pepper in 70g glass vials made of Czech glass, which perfectly preserve the unique aroma and flavor profile of the pepper grains. The test tubes, along with the grinders, are stored in a box made of recycled cardboard with special surface treatment, making the entire set ideal as a gift. You can have any text or image engraved unto the box to give it a personal touch. We designed everything so that the box serves as an exhibition hall for all the pepper treasures for as long as you like. All materials are also easily recyclable, and you can come up with additional uses for them within the principles of upcycling.

Grinding mechanism
The package includes three Scandinavian grinders with a height of 17 centimeters so that you never have to worry about pouring pepper again. The grinders are offered in natural wooden variants made from light oak, dark walnut wood, and black-brown ash. Alternatively, you can choose the modern ceramic version in white, black, or red.
All grinders have a conical shape, which makes them fit perfectly in your hand, and the patented CrushGrind® mechanism takes care of grinding the pepper with an impressive 25-year warranty. By adjusting the coarseness of the grinding, you can influence the flavor profile of the pepper. Smaller fragments will result in a sharper pepper taste, while larger fragments will impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to your dish.

Ingredients
This set also includes three basic vials containing different types of Kampot pepper: black, red, and white. They differ in taste and aroma, which are hardly found in the pepper bought in regular supermarkets.
Black pepper, when ground, releases tones of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme, accompanied by the scent of lime zest. These gradually transition into a coastal aroma with developing fruity notes. The dominant aromas are peach and nectarine, accompanied by the scent of pine and earthy tones of Cambodian mountain soil rich in minerals.
Rare red pepper is an explosion of fruity tones with milder spiciness. Initially, rose and rosehip fruit tones dominate, which then transition into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, more characteristic scents for Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines, and earthier crusts of sourdough bread.
White pepper is a gentle yet still peppery caress of the taste buds. After grinding, it reveals scents of camphor, sage, and cedarwood, accompanied by the subtle aroma of nutmeg blossom, grapefruits, and other citrus fruits. After a few minutes in the mouth, you may perceive hints of nutmeg, thyme blossom, and marjoram, underlined by the aroma of cedar and black tea.

Maintenance
By adjusting the grind size of the pepper, you can influence its flavor profile. The smaller the fragments, the sharper the pepper's taste will be. Conversely, larger fragments will impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to your dish.
When filling the grinder, never use your bare hands; instead, pour the restless little balls directly from the package into the chamber and use a spoon or funnel to help. Also, remember to clean your grinder regularly. However, never use water or chemical preparations for this purpose. A cloth, a brush, and a drop of olive oil will suffice. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and handle it carefully, especially over steam.

Unique Flavorful Pepper - Very excited to use more Got the pepper, it is very unique. I found it had more flavor and the aroma was wonderful. The pepper came in a small well sealed package. The ground pepper was a little spicier than regular black pepper, but not too spicy. I think it was most likely just fresher and delivered in better condition.
