Bio ghee is a pure butterfat suitable for any kind of heat treatment – moreover, it’s made from fresh butter from organic farming, and in season even of grass-fed quality. You’ll recognize bio ghee at first glance – it is indeed more yellow than the classic one. And if it is prepared from grass-fed butter, that yellowness will rather distinctly shine on you. Of course, with it we also pack an even greater amount of vitamins and CLA.

Ghee contains vitamins A, D, E, and K.

Thanks to omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, it helps lubricate the nervous system and brain. Butyric acid protects the intestines from inflammation and helps maintain a healthy insulin level in the body. Ghee also improves digestion and supports weight loss – the energy from fatty acids helps burn fat while simultaneously binding toxins and free radicals that are carried out of the body.

Ghee is simply a superfood – even for those allergic to lactose. By clarifying, we remove the allergen from the butter, yet the taste and aroma remain. Even those who otherwise have to forgo butter can enjoy it.

We pack ghee in 340 ml jars. Organic ghee does not need to be refrigerated and, if unopened, lasts up to 24 months. It has a high smoke point, so it doesn’t burn. After frying in ghee, you won’t feel weighed down – quite the opposite.

After frying with Ghee, you won’t have any difficulty. Quite the opposite.

Apart from the main ingredient, which is fresh organic butter, our production remains unchanged. We slowly and for a long time simmer the organic butter, so you can rely on its long shelf life as well as its pronounced flavor and aroma of butter. It will perfume your kitchen – whether you’re frying, baking, boiling, preparing a soup base, or drizzling melted bio ghee over potato dumplings or semolina porridge.
