Conditions for the Protection of Personal Data

Basic Provisions
The controller of personal data under Article 4(7) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: “GDPR”) is Cambodian s.r.o., ID 06687130, with its registered office at žerotínova 1133/32, žižkov (Prague 3), 130 00 Prague (hereinafter: “controller”).

Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more specific factors relating to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
II.
Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
The controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data that the controller obtained on the basis of fulfilling your order.
The controller processes your identification and contact details as well as the data necessary for the performance of the contract.
III.
Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is
the performance of the contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
the controller’s legitimate interest in providing direct marketing (in particular, for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
your consent to the processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing (in particular, for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, in the event that no order for goods or services has been placed.
The purpose of the processing of personal data is
to process your order and to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data that is necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact details) is required, and the provision of such personal data is a necessary condition for the conclusion and performance of the contract – without the provision of personal data, the contract cannot be concluded or performed by the controller,
to send commercial communications and to conduct other marketing activities.
The controller carries out automated individual decision-making in accordance with Article 22 GDPR. By such processing, you have given your explicit consent.
IV.
Data Retention Period
The controller retains personal data
for the period necessary to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims arising from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
for as long as consent for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes has not been withdrawn, but no longer than 15 years if the personal data are processed on the basis of consent.
After the retention period has expired, the data controller will delete the personal data.
V.
Recipients of Personal Data (controller’s subcontractors)
The recipients of personal data are persons
involved in the delivery of goods/services/processing payments under a contract,
providing services related to operating the e-shop and other services connected with the running of the e-shop,
providing marketing services.

The controller intends to transfer the personal data to a third country (countries outside the EU) or to an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing services/cloud services.

Your Rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the
right to access your personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR,
the right to have your personal data corrected pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, or to have processing restricted pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR.
The right to have your personal data erased pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR.
The right to object to processing pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR and
the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR.
The right to withdraw your consent to processing in writing or electronically at the address or email of the controller provided in Article III of these conditions.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your personal data protection rights have been violated.
VII.
Conditions for Securing Personal Data
The controller declares that it has implemented all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
The controller has implemented technical measures to secure both the data storage and the storage of personal data in paper form.
The controller declares that access to personal data is granted only to persons authorized by it.

Final Provisions
By submitting an order through the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the personal data protection conditions and that you accept them in their entirety.

The controller is entitled to change these conditions. The new version of the personal data protection conditions will be published on the controller’s website and will also be sent to you at the email address you provided to the controller.
These conditions shall take effect on 1.11.2023.
